Lucky Baby School （ラキベビ）では、親子ともに初めての環境でも安心してチャレンジできるよう、あたたかい雰囲気づくりを大切にしています。職員との関わりを通して赤ちゃんの成長をそっと後押しし、英語活動を通して「新しい世界にふれる楽しさ」を感じられるようにしています。母子分離の時間を通して親子それぞれが成長できるよう支えながら、多人数の中でも一人ひとりと丁寧に関わり、子ども同士の刺激が自然と成長につながるような安全で安心できる環境を整えていきます。また、身体の発達に合わせた運動や遊びも取り入れ、赤ちゃんがのびのびと過ごせる時間をつくります。

先生たちは、赤ちゃんが安心して探検を始められるよう、やさしく包み込むような環境づくりを心がけています。保護者の方が「預けてよかった」と思えるよう信頼関係を丁寧に築き、子どもたちとは愛着形成を大切にしながら楽しく関わっていきます。子どもの様子を正しく伝え、一人ひとりの個性を尊重し、毎週楽しく通えるラキベビになるよう、職員全員で安全で楽しい教室づくりに取り組んでいます。赤ちゃんと保護者の「安心」と「成長」をそっと支える、あたたかいベビースクールです。

Lucky Baby School

Lucky Baby School is a warm, welcoming space where both babies and parents can feel safe trying new things, even in an unfamiliar environment. Through gentle interactions with our staff, babies receive the support they need to grow, while English‑based activities help them experience the joy of discovering a new world. During short periods of separation, we help both parent and child develop confidence and independence. Even in a group setting, we make sure to connect with each baby individually, creating a safe and secure environment where interactions with other children naturally encourage growth. We also include age‑appropriate movement and play so babies can explore freely and comfortably.

Our teachers work to create a nurturing atmosphere where babies feel safe enough to begin exploring on their own. We build trusting relationships with families so parents can truly feel, “I’m glad I entrusted my child here.” Teachers communicate each child’s daily experiences clearly, value individual personalities, and ensure that Lucky Baby School remains a place families look forward to each week. Together, we provide a safe, joyful environment that gently supports both the security and growth of every baby and parent.
