シングルエイジアカデミー

シングルエイジアカデミーでは、子どもたちが自分自身を深く理解し、仲間との関わりの中で他者理解を広げながら、たくましい人間力を育てていくことを大切にしています。１年間のプログラムを通して、メンバーとの協力やチームワークを学び、宿泊学習では心豊かな人間性を育む経験を重ねていきます。また、成果発表の場を設けることで、自分の成長を実感し、仲間とともに達成感を味わえる機会をつくっていきます。

先生たちは、子ども一人ひとりの特性を丁寧に理解し、その個性が自然と輝くような関わり方を日々探しながら指導しています。自分の強みを知り、どんな状況でも役割を見出して主体的に動けるような環境づくりを心がけています。特性に合わせた対応で子どもたちと仲良くなり、一緒に成長していけるよう寄り添いながら、子どもたちが自信を持って前に進めるあたたかいクラスを目指しています。

Emerging Leaders Academy

Emerging Leaders Academy is a place where children learn to understand themselves deeply and broaden their awareness of others through meaningful interactions with their peers. Throughout the year‑long program, students practice cooperation and teamwork, and during special overnight activities they experience moments that nurture empathy, resilience, and personal growth. By providing opportunities for students to present their achievements, we help them recognize their own progress and share a sense of accomplishment with their classmates.

Our teachers take time to understand each child’s unique strengths and personality, guiding them in ways that allow their individuality to shine naturally. We create an environment where students learn to identify their strengths, discover their role in any situation, and take initiative with confidence. Through thoughtful, personalized support, teachers build warm relationships with the children, helping them grow side by side. Emerging Leaders Academy aims to be a supportive, encouraging space where every child feels empowered to move forward with confidence and develop the foundations of leadership.
