HALLO では、プログラミングを通して「自分で考え、試し、解決する」力を育てることを大切にしています。タイピングの正確さやスピードを高めながら、トライ＆エラーの中で効率的にコードを書く力を身につけます。自分で設計したプログラムは年３回の発表会で披露し、達成感や自信につながる経験を積み重ねていきます。

今年度は、発表会やミニコンファレンスの質を高め、自分の考えを整理して伝える力を伸ばしていきます。また、「じっくり考える時間」と「対話する時間」のバランスを大切にし、過去の学習を振り返りながら解決力を定着させます。日本語のブロック型から英語表記の Python ブロックへ、そして将来的にはテキストでの Python コーディングへとステップアップできるよう、子どもたちの成長に合わせた学びを進めていきます。

先生たちは、子どもたちが主体的に学べるよう丁寧に寄り添い、「どうしたらできるかな？」と考える時間を大切にしています。試行錯誤の過程そのものを楽しめるよう声かけをし、子どもたちが自分の力で解決できたときの喜びを次の挑戦へつなげていきます。

HALLO

At HALLO, we help children develop the ability to think, try, and solve problems through programming. As they improve their typing speed and accuracy, they learn to write code efficiently while exploring ideas through trial and error. Students design their own programs and present them three times a year, gaining confidence and a strong sense of accomplishment.

This year, we aim to raise the quality of our presentations and mini‑conferences, helping students organize their thoughts and express their ideas clearly. We also balance time for deep thinking with time for discussion, and revisit past learning to strengthen problem‑solving skills. Students gradually progress from Japanese block programming to English‑based Python blocks, and eventually toward text‑based Python coding as they grow.

Our teachers support students in learning independently, giving them time to think — “How can I clear this challenge?” — and encouraging them to enjoy the process of trial and error. When children solve a problem on their own, they experience the joy of achievement that naturally leads to their next challenge. HALLO aims to be a warm, encouraging space where children discover the fun of programming and build skills that will last a lifetime.
