スティーム

スティームでは、子どもたちが失敗を恐れずに手を動かし、何度でも挑戦できる力を育てることを大切にしています。「どうしたらできるかな？」と考えながら最後までやり遂げる経験を重ねることで、STEAMの学びを体感できるような活動を中心に進めています。その子に合った声かけでやる気を引き出し、達成したときにはしっかり褒めることで、自信と意欲が自然と育つようにしています。また、子どもの成長を点ではなく線で見守れるよう、担当同士で丁寧に共有しながらサポートしていきます。
先生たちは、子どもたちの理解度を確認しながら、わかりやすく伝えることを心がけています。困ったときにはすぐに相談できるような雰囲気をつくり、必要な知識を身につけながらチームで協力して指導していきます。子どもたちが「できた！」という達成感だけでなく、「もう一回やってみよう！」という前向きな気持ちになれるよう、明るくあたたかいクラスづくりを目指しています。

Steam Academy

Steam Academy is a place where children learn to try, fail, try again, and keep going with confidence. We focus on hands‑on activities that help students experience the heart of STEAM learning — thinking through challenges, experimenting, and seeing ideas through to the end. By encouraging each child with supportive, individualized guidance and celebrating their achievements, we help them build motivation, confidence, and a positive attitude toward learning. Teachers also work closely together to understand each child’s growth over time, supporting them; not just at isolated moments but along a continuous journey of learning.

Our teachers make sure explanations are clear and easy to understand; checking each child’s comprehension as they go. We create an environment where students feel comfortable asking for help, and we collaborate as a team to provide thoughtful and consistent support. Steam Academy aims to be a bright, encouraging class where children feel the joy of “I can't believe that I did this!” and the excitement of “I want to try again!” — a warm space where perseverance grows naturally through hands‑on exploration.
