ルティーンスクールでは、子どもたち一人ひとりが自信を持って行動し、自然とリーダーシップを発揮できるような、あたたかい雰囲気づくりを大切にしています。遊びや手先活動を通して生活力を育てたり、チームで協力しながらチャレンジする楽しさを味わったりと、子どもたちの「やってみたい！」を引き出す活動を中心に進めていきます。また、保護者の方にもルティーンの様子をしっかりお伝えし、お子さまの成長を一緒に見守れるような開かれた教室づくりを目指しています。

先生たちは、子どもたちが安心して過ごせるよう信頼関係を丁寧に育てながら、毎週のルティーンを楽しみにしてもらえるような関わりを心がけています。保護者の方には子どもたちの様子を正確に伝え、一人ひとりの成長を一緒に支えていけるよう、明るく笑顔あふれるクラスづくりを大切にしています。子どもたちが「できた！」という喜びだけでなく、「どうしたらできるかな？」と考える力も育てながら、毎回のルティーンが楽しみになる、そんなあたたかい時間をつくっていきます。

Perfect Study Routine

Perfect Study Routine is a warm, supportive class where children learn to carry themselves with confidence and, also, naturally develop leadership skills. Through hands‑on activities, teamwork challenges, and enjoyable tasks that build everyday life skills, we encourage students to say, “I want to try it!” and take the initiative. This year, we will also offer opportunities for parents to observe the class and we will share updates regularly, creating an open environment where families can watch their children grow and learn.

Teachers focus on building trusting relationships so that children feel safe, relaxed, and excited for each week. We communicate each child’s progress clearly to parents and work together to support individual growth. In this class, students experience not only the joy of “I can do it!” but also the deeper satisfaction of thinking, “How can I figure this out?” Our goal is to create a bright, cheerful space where every routine becomes something to look forward to — an encouraging environment filled with small discoveries, confidence, and warm moments of learning.
